Good to know

Do my customers pay anything?

No. Your app is free for your customers. They scan your QR code and it's on their home screen in seconds, with no app store.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Move up or down whenever you like, and we'll help you pick the plan that fits.

What happens if I move from Business to Growth?

Nothing is deleted. Business features such as birthday rewards and booking-code rewards stop showing to customers while you're on Growth, and you can switch them back on when you move up again.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly and stop whenever you like, or pay for the year up front and get 2 months free.

What counts as a push notification?

A push is a message that pops up on your customers' phones. Growth includes 4 a month, and Business and Enterprise have no limit. If you also send a notice to customers' phones, that counts as one push.

What is a notice?

A post on your app's noticeboard, such as a lunch special, an event or a change to your opening hours, with a photo and a button if you like. Growth holds 3 at a time, and Business and Enterprise hold 10.
