Add a member to a sale

This is what you and your staff do at every sale. Do it once now as a test, with a small real sale.

Notes

Good to know

Giving a reward Redeem it in Joyal's scanner, as you do now. Then ring up whatever they are paying for in Square, with the member added, so that part still earns points.

Forgot to add a member? Scan them in Joyal and tap Add points by hand. Joyal shows anything Square added in the last 15 minutes, so you do not count the same sale twice. A customer can also type their email on Square's receipt screen, and their points still arrive.

Tips, refunds and big sales Tips do not earn points. A refund does not take points back, so take them off by hand if you need to. A sale over €1,000 waits on your Square screen in Joyal for you to check.

New members They appear in Square within a minute of joining. There is nothing for you to do.

Disconnecting In Joyal, go to Settings, Square, Square connection, then Disconnect Square. Joyal removes the members it added, and your scanner asks for the amount again.
